Why Ripples of Healing exists
Healing was never meant to happen in isolation.
So much of wellness today is either in a crowded room or alone with a screen. Ripples of Healing was created to offer something different — live guidance, real presence, and space to move in a way that supports your life as it is.
This is for you if you:

Classes are held live, with real teachers and real-time connection. You can join quietly, modify freely, turn your camera off, or take breaks whenever needed. There is no performance here — only support.

Hatha, Hatha Flow, Pilates, and moderate vinyasa classes that build strength, stability, and mobility with plenty of options and guidance.

Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, and detox-inspired classes that help you feel awake, clear, and connected to your breath and body.

Mind–body practices
Classes that weave breath, intention, visualization, and yoga philosophy to support emotional balance, focus, and inner calm.

Each teacher brings their own background and approach, but all classes are rooted in the same values: gentleness, clarity, and respect for where you are today.
Giving back is part of the practice
A portion of Ripples of Healing membership proceeds supports organizations doing meaningful work in areas connected to well-being.
Here’s how it works:
If you choose the free trial, your first month is free.
If you choose First Month Donated, your first $22 is donated right away.
Starting in month two, 5% of every monthly membership fee is donated automatically, regardless of which option you choose.
You don’t need to opt in, select a charity, or take any additional steps.
