Anna Fernandez

Founder

Anna has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching since 2013. Her journey began with healing chronic pain from scoliosis and grew into a passion for helping others access their own healing power. A mother of two and founder of Ripples of Healing Online Community and Pier To Point Wellness and Spa in San Diego, she teaches gentle, nourishing classes that create space in the body, mind, and energy, easing stress and tension. Anna is dedicated to building a global community rooted in connection, healing, and compassion, where friends and families can practice together online, no matter the distance.

Amy brings over 30 years of experience practicing and teaching yoga. She leads heart-centered classes in Hatha, Vinyasa, and restorative yoga, helping students reconnect with their body, mind, and energy. Mat Pilates & Roll & Release

Jenny brings over 30 years of experience in movement and fitness, specializing in mat Pilates and functional strength practices that support alignment, mobility, and whole-body wellness. Her classes are intentional, accessible, and designed to help students feel stronger, more stable, and connected in their bodies. During her own healing journey through cancer, Jenny created Roll & Release Balls, a therapeutic method using small balls to ease tension, restore movement, and support recovery. She brings resilience, compassion, and lived experience into every class, empowering students to move with confidence and care.

Vinyasa, Aerial Yoga & Reiki Master

Olivia has taught yoga and Reiki since 2011, offering a grounded, heart-centered approach shaped by years of study and service. She is certified in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Aerial Yoga, spent seven years co-training aerial teachers certifying 150+ students, and has been a Reiki Master since 2018, certifying more than 100 practitioners. She has co-led international retreats for over a decade and holds a master's degree in Spiritual Psychology, which informs her workshops, mentorship, and signature Alchemy of Healing experience. Olivia is also the co-founder of Yoga in the Park, a thriving community class of 150+ students now in its 13th year. Above all, she is a devoted mother guided by service, compassion, and purpose.
