Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Ripples of Healing ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership & Billing

Ripples of Healing offers a monthly membership at $22/month. New members receive a 7-day free trial. Your card will be charged on day 8 of your trial unless you cancel before then.

• Memberships renew automatically each month.
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access through that date.
• We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods.

2. Access & Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account. Minors may participate only with a parent or guardian who holds the membership.
• One account per person. You may not share your login credentials.
• Your membership is for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Health & Safety

Yoga and movement practices carry inherent physical risk. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily participating and assume all risk of injury.
• You have consulted with a physician if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations.
• Ripples of Healing and its instructors are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from participation in classes.
• You will listen to your body and stop if you feel pain or discomfort.

4. Class Conduct

• Treat instructors and other members with respect at all times.
• Do not record, screenshot, or redistribute class content without written permission.
• We reserve the right to remove members from classes or terminate accounts for disruptive or harmful behavior without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Ripples of Healing — including class recordings, instructor materials, website design, and branding — is owned by Ripples of Healing or its instructors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

6. Platform Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to all scheduled classes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Classes may occasionally be rescheduled or cancelled due to instructor illness, technical issues, or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members in advance and offer alternative sessions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ripples of Healing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to injury, loss of data, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as our service evolves. We'll notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.
